Global Stores Direct LLC are not responsible in any form, directly or indirectly, for damages to people or personal property arising from the purchase of any products or devices from Global Stores Direct LLC. The sole responsibility for the proper use and installation of products and devices purchased from Global Stores Direct LLC, rests entirely on the customer who purchases those products or devices. Global Stores Direct LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for loss of wages or income or any other expenses due to any actions by us. Any legal claims or litigation must be filed in St. Lucie County Florida. Fraudulent charge backs against Global Stores Direct LLC may require legal action to recover funds reversed by the issuing bank or credit card company involved in the transaction. Our remedy may include litigation in court and the customer agrees to pay all legal fees and court costs associated with a claim by Global Stores Direct in St. Lucie county Florida Small Claims court.

Global Stores Direct LLC, its owners, employees and representatives are not responsible for manufacturer's claims or descriptions of products, nor the accuracy or suitability of any product.
